WhatsApp Web has a security error

WhatsApp Web has just been released for all users of instant messaging service, and have already found some bugs affecting safety in relation to the photograph of our profile. The error has not been officially announced by the company, but they have to be working on it right now.

This security flaw in WhatsApp Web affects images within the messaging service and specifically, it is our contact picture. It seems that can access to this image even if the person is not our contact without any problem.

Another problem that has been found is related with the synchronization and sending pictures within the messaging service. The problem appears when we want to delete a picture that we send before, as it can still be seen by other unknown users.

WhatsApp Web is still too new, so the company will have to further improve these aspects that directly affect the safety of users and their privacy.
