The “like” button would be used in WhatsApp to show appreciation for the multimedia content that users of the instant messaging service share with other users. A rumor because there’s still nothing officially confirmed, that comes from the Twitter account of Ilhan Pektas, but at the moment there is no additional information about this button and when it will join the service.
All that is known so far is that those responsible for WhatsApp would be testing this new feature in the beta version of the mobile application for IOS, like Pektas, so some truth have the statement just made through social networks.
