Description
The stable version of WhatsApp for Android received a few days ago a new update from Google Play. This is version 2.16.13, an update focused on optimizing the new end-to-end encryption feature, in addition to an explanation of this in its official list of news, but where we find no apparent novelty and where still missing many of the innovations that we can enjoy the beta version of the application.
As we have said, we expected much more from this new stable version of WhatsApp for Android, which have not yet been added some new features of the beta version, including the ability to use bold, italic and strikeout in our messages, new interface in capturing photos or videos, or new wallpapers with solid colors, as well as other small details, as information of our contacts, where “Phone and State” still appears, and not the current “State and phone”.
WhatsApp for Android 2.16.13 – News:
- Your messages, photos, videos, voice messages, documents, and calls are now secured with end-to-end encryption, which means WhatsApp and third parties can’t read or listen to them. Messages are automatically end-to-end encrypted: no turning on settings or setting up special secret chats to secure your messages.
