WhatsApp for Android ready for invitations via links

We can now download a new update of the beta version of WhatsApp for Android, only available from Google Play, which comes to version 2.16.98. This is an update which have not enabled the expected functions already implemented, or we will notice apparent changes, but where the application is prepared to send invitations via links to our group, as you can see in the screenshot, adding the icon to send invitations.

Internally we find a lot of changes in this new version of WhatsApp for Android, it is that although its installation file APK has increased in only 12KB, have modified 224 files, and adds the new icon for invitations via links, “ic_link_invite.png”.
