WhatsApp for Android is updated to version 2.17.219

We already have new update of WhatsApp for Android in its Beta version, it is the new version 2.17.219, an update that we can consider minor, with no apparent changes to highlight, although with the typical bug fixes and performance improvements that accompany to each new update.

The only curiosity we can highlight is that in the previous Beta version, version 2.17.218, the file “publicsuffixes.gz” was added, a file that has been removed in this new version, and whose function we do not guess (hundreds of suffixes Webs), perhaps a debug file to handle errors that could cause “something” within the application.

A new stable version of WhatsApp for Android is coming

If yesterday the stable version of WhatsApp for iPhone was updated with great news, such as albums and color filters for our photos, videos or GIF, today the beta version of the application gives us clues that make us think that a new stable version of WhatsApp for Android can be very close, it contains the betas version changes before launching a new stable version.
