WhatsApp could connect businesses with customers

WhatsApp has been a part of Facebook for quite some time and so far it has not taken great measures in making more profitable the instant messaging service. It seems now might begin to change things with the introduction of the possibility of contacting companies with customers.

The first rumors about this new option between companies and customers through WhatsApp has become known through the publication of Bloomberg, which says that in Facebook are already working on this project to make profit the instant messaging application. A project that aims to contacting the business with potential customers directly and quickly. Although currently it is seen as a long-term project, of which there is no more info.

And it is that Facebook must recover somehow 19,000 million that has been spent on buying WhatsApp, and so far have not been major changes in the instant messaging service. What happens is that some are already considering the possible drawbacks of this way of communication between companies and customers and of course, the specter of spam appears.
