WhatsApp Business now available in Beta Phase

There has been a lot of talk about the WhatsApp Business application, and now we can say that it is among us, from Google Play can already have access to the beta version of this application, but previously you have to fill out a form and the company gives us approval to download the WhatsApp application dedicated exclusively to the business world and the company in particular.

We can say that if they are interested in the WhatsApp Business application right now, it is already testing both in a normal version and in a version that we can qualify as a premium version for companies. Moreover, some companies have already confirmed that they are testing the application. It seems that each company will give this application a different function, and while for some it can be a customer service channel for others it can become a way of alerts and notifications.

WhatsApp Business Features

There will be different types of accounts such as business account, verified business account, business account with retired badge and a standard business account. It must be made clear from the outset that WhatsApp Business is not a section or function within the WhatsApp instant messenger application, but a standalone application that companies can use outside the normal messaging application.

Of course, the options presented by this application are different from those offered by WhatsApp, and so for example we can find the statistics section that allows you to see the messages sent and received and obtain information about them. Other features include tablet support that is not available in the standard application, account migration, or the ability to add a landline phone number.

At the moment, it is not known how long testing with this beta version of WhatsApp Business will last, but for now it is only available for download on the Android platform through Google Play. The truth is that there is very little information about this new application, so we will have to wait for news from the company.
