Description
To end the week we have a new update to the beta version of WhatsApp for Android, the new version 2.12.121. This time there is a minor update as in the past, and although we do not see changes in its user interface, we do see changes internally, and its APK has increased by about 8 KB, without adding any new file but with 177 modified files.
Funny how WhatsApp Android is able to receive an update with many modified files and not see results, for this we should download the alpha version. Among the modified files we can see references to Google Drive, rating calls, emojis list, the files that warns us that we do not have the latest version and even privacy preferences. We assume that it will not take long to see them in action.
